Paper Models is a collection of songs written for my songwriting class at University of Otago over 2007 and 2008. Most of them had to fit some sort of requirement for compositional technique, either in terms of lyrics or harmonic ideas. Because of this they're all quite different stylistically so I think of this as more of an anthology than an album. This also allowed me the freedom to bring in my friends who I thought suited particular styles as vocalists, and I think they all did a fantastic job.
